When seeking to join an MLM, or Multi-Level Marketing, business, there are many things to consider. The MLM company's product or service is critical, since distributors must believe in the goods and customers must react to the products - in other words, they must see results. The Compensation Plan is another essential consideration while choosing which MLM business to join. There is an extremely little likelihood that a Distributor will earn any money in MLM if the Compensation Plan does not encourage downline development from above (by which I mean that an upline really helps build the team of their downlines below).
